IQC

Component Verification

No tolerance to low quality materials. There should be a 100 % compliance check on ball bearings and electronic components. We use 3D CMM to ensure that the inner-diameter of metal frames and motors are correct.

2.IPQC

Strict 2-hour patrol checks. Our tests are specialized liquid tests to scan copper wire pinholes and turn-to-turn waveforms to verify the same magnetic strength throughout the batch.

Pass Yield Rate

100% functional inspection. All fans are subjected to an intense hand-feel balance at a zero vibration check. Tightness checks of snap-rings are also carried out to ensure that the impeller does not fall when it is running at high-speed.

4. Extreme Test

To ensure the final dependability, our fans pass through an authoritative battery of tests which recreate the most extreme conditions. From precision aerodynamic evaluations to extreme stress aging and rigorous salt spray validation, our all-encompassing testing protocol ensures uncompromising stability before shipment.
